Flu game!

I think it was more the “loo game”...apparently he had a stomach upset.  :police:
Not quite as elegant, but he balled out regardless

Question: Does the 2nd round begin August 31 for everyone?

If so, we have like a week off.

BUT I wasn’t sure if they actually started a bit earlier for teams if they advance early on from a previous round (which would be Toronto and Boston IF Toronto wins this evening and completes their sweep).
Just heard that the Tor series begins on Thursday if they win tonight.

Oh okay, thanks for that! TP.

Guessing then if Toronto loses tonight, it won't start until Saturday or Sunday if Toronto wins in 5.

Hope Brooklyn wins tonight

Hard to believe it hadn’t even been a week yet since Gordon’s injury      Really too bad they won’t have him back even if it goes 7.   As long as the baby’s healthy I do hope it’s a little on early side.

I know we all lamented over him leaving the bubble at a potentially crucial point in our playoff run, but his injury is the main concern now. A grade III sprain is pretty serious, enough that even if he’s good in ~four weeks, his conditioning may not be there. Sabrina Ionescu had a similar injury a month ago and they just announced she won’t need surgery. I know they are tanking, but it goes to show how serious that severe a sprain is.

I wouldn’t count on Hayward (or the version we would need to win it all) until well after Robyn’s due date.

It is a "three point league..." (series totals)

Celtics 49/140 - 35% - 147 pts - 36.75/pts gm from three

Philly 32/121 - 26.4% - 96 pts - 24/pts gm from three

They would've been "better with Ben (Mr. three pointer) Simmons?"

I only feel bad for Josh Richardson, that kid looks like Smart type of a player, with better offense.
He defends 1-3, always active, great instincts and overally really clever on both ends of the floor.
I caught him being frustrated and pointing/shouting at teamates to close out or switch, especialy Neto.
Yeah I am a big of fan of Josh Richardson. He doesn't get the credit he deserves on that Sixers team.

I'd love him as a 3&D guard off our bench alongside Smart. Would be such a handful. On a pretty team-friendly contract

he sure did .....each of these games is milestone game for him in a long career .   He maybe a little nervous/anxious with all that time to THINK about lay n.    Nothing in life is given that you ll get another chance at his age .  You would think he will,  but he has not had the support untill now to see how far he can lead a team.

Each game is new uncartered territory for our hero .

Im sure he ll give 100% as its his legacy he is writing now
