Couple of things.
Eddy Curry was a straight from high school athlete and yes some of the stupid, bully stuff sounds like it could have happened. A lot of what's being said sounds like bull. But sometimes the stranger the story the more likely it is that it's true. Some things you just can't make up from nothing.
On the other hand, considering the driver's past, which if this ever reaches civil court will be the best defense for Curry, this could be just an angry employee looking for a get rich quick scheme.
But the fact that he is accusing him of so many different things is what I find disturbing. Lies that you want believed often should be kept simple and easily explainable. That he's coming forth with racial, sexual, verbal, and mental abuse and that he threatened him physically with a loaded weapon is bothersome because they are all over the place and paint a complex situation. If this guy is lying, he's not making it easy on himself to be considered credible.
For these reasons I withholding my opinion until after more info comes out. It should be interesting to see who comes out with corroberating evidence and who doesn't.
