Frankly this looks to me like Curry is being victimized by a gold digger.
That's my gut instinct, as well. He's claiming sexual harassment, plus racial discrimination, plus religious discrimination, plus threatening / assault with a loaded weapon. All those things *could* be true, but some of the allegations seem over the top. It makes you wonder why somebody would stay in that job if all of that was going on.
However, sometimes strange allegations turn out to be true. I'll leave plaintiff to his proofs.
I don't know, these seem very believable to me. Other than the threats with the gun, I can remember witnessing plenty of similar incidents in the highschool lockerroom. Just replace the limo driver with a freshman, trying out for a varsity sports team, and I can absolutely picture this.
It's sad, but this type of thing happens a lot in schools (and frats, so I hear), but it is called "hazing" instead of "sexual harassment". Generally, it is done by cocky jocks who think its funny, and want to demonstrate their dominance.
Now, I would not be surprised either if the guy was a gold digger, but I would be even less surprised if this was true.
I think the unbelievable part about this is that it is being portrayed as Curry making "sexual advances" on his driver. But when you look at the actual accusations, it sounds much more like a rich, poweful guy, asserting his dominance (in a very immature way) over a subordinate. I don't know what is unbelieveable about that.
