I was talking about this on another site. This will be brutal for him if he continues to play with fellow players and fans. Some of the allegations are bizarre and disgusting.

I think its BS--

Why wouldn't this guy just quit? These allegations are just insane, and so weird, they sound made up. They sound like the kind of allegations someone would fabricate in order to ruin someone. I'm guessing there was a prior conversation, something along the lines of pay me or I'll ruin you, and now this is coming out.

If all this stuff was happening for such an extended period of time, and if it was all so bad, then why wait around on filing the suit and why remain under Curry's employ? I don't really like Eddy Curry, but this just smells funky to me.

You're not wrong. I just think it's funny that the NY Post would be the first to report it. I haven't seen this bit of news on ESPN yet. I just don't think it's a case that will be reported by the major sports outlets that people see as credible.

In my opinion, Curry will get off easy because there's little evidence the prosecution can work with. The towels Curry ejaculated into (as reported by the article) cannot be used to prove that it was to hide an orgasm he had FOR a specific person.

Really, the whole case is a whole lot of crap. The real issue seems whether Curry has paid off the money owed to the driver for service. because that appears to be the reason these extraneous (potential) fabrications are being made. To ruin Curry's credibility, and perhaps come to a compromise where he gets a piece of Curry's savings. I don't think it's impossible that Curry was a rude customer of his who owes him money. That may be the root problem with their driver passenger relationship.

One thing that doesn't help Curry's case here is that the lawsuit is only a few thousand dollars. That helps make the driver's case more believable because Curry makes $10 MIL a year or so. Losing a few thousand is far from make or break for him. If it were millions, nobody would believe the driver.

Meh... a former employee with a criminal record, including a 3 year sentence for burglary, who he fired and who months ago was merely accusing him of unpaid salaries? Color me as skeptical... Besides, Curry is probably too busy eating to have the time and the presence of mind necessary to embark in a torrid affair with the driver.
