June would be too late in my opinion..if they don’t start first of May then just cancel the season..it’s going be hard for the players get back into the groove of things also..plus I would have no interest in it by then

There’s no way the season resumes.  Starting on time with full arenas in October is the best-case scenario.  I’m expecting next year to have an abbreviated offseason, something like the lockout year, that lasts a couple of weeks before the season starts.  The draft might be held after free agency opens this time around, since they won’t have  had an opportunity to workout players until late summer at best.

I think you're right, but I wouldn't be so sure about an October start, since most of the disease experts are of the belief that cases will drop over the summer and pick back up in the fall & winter (ala the flu), and they're also saying a widely-available vaccine won't be available by then.

If by May, there is not a handle on this... season will be cancelled. Olympics will be cancelled. A good chance NFL will be cancelled (because I can't see a condensed regular season)

Vaccine won't be ready until end of the year at the earliest (which would be unprecedented. Quickest vaccine to come to the market)

saw a CNBC report 150 million citizens expected to get covid 19  .   Man thats a long way to go IMO ...kinda mind boggling....trying to imagine how this all goes down IF in they are est. correctly .  SMH

Even the MLB right now has June as their "best case scenario" to start the season, and that's a quick adjustment from when they considered May their "best case scenario" just a few days ago.

I dunno about that, the temp here has been mid in the mid 30s for the past 2 weeks and no it didnt stop the virus. I would imagine you'd need around 50+ degrees to kill it.

Yeah, I feel it would take a miracle for us to even get the playoffs this year.
With emergency measures in place everywhere and players testing positive right now, it just isn't going to happen.
