Hmmmm, I think I would have done better if I had gone away for the weekend without picking!  I had to get my sentimental pick in. I am just an old softy, and softies do not win.  I will reconsider my options.  The Griz is really a defensive unit more than a scoring machine, so this could be tough.   :-\
Tony has done well vs the Clippers, just unlucky that he had an off night. I have a hunch this will be a very close series.
ha ha ha.  If you are trying to make me feel better it is not working, Misha...you see, I am very afraid of you!  In spite of that, we will have fun.  I am fully relying on luck to get me through...

I apologize for delay - wow.

My bad...I'll go with Indy if possible.

Next game is Tues? I'll be rdy. :)

Not to pour salt in your wounds, but I just saw that my two contingency picks for Sunday scored a total of O points combined!  (one was a DNP)   ::)
Yup

** For those who may be confused by how I list the results, this is how it's broken down: **

team abbreviation   -   player's name (picked for that game)   :   that player's 2012-2013 scoring average   /   that player's points total for that game   =   that day's net score above/below player's average   /   that day's net margin over/under competitor's net score   //   net gain/loss of all games played to that point (all net scores added together)   /   net margin over/under competitor's net gain/loss to that point (this is used as a tie-breaker)    (win/loss record to that point)

Example:

CHI  -  Michael Jordan :  30.5 / 42 =  +11.5 / +4.3  //  +2.7 / +6.3  (2/1)

Hope this helps!

** Please send me a PM if you notice any discrepancies or errors. Leaders are marked in red, ties are marked in purple - in case of a tie, the total points difference decides the winner. Missing your pick or a DNP will result in a zero score, or five points less than that of your opponent's, whichever is greater. **

Meant to wish you (earlier) the best of luck in this series, Eja117 ... I wouldn't worry too much about the game one result, this is about when I usually start self-destructing. Honored to be your opponent, my friend. :) (TP)

I would be ecstatic if you beat me and the Heat lose.  Woulda preferred to lose and have the Celts win too.
