Raining 3's from both sides early on.

Spain's looking locked in.

Spain is barely keeping their head above the water.

Look set to drown at any moment.

Yeah ... can't believe this is the kind of game either team wants to play ... I'd be a bit upset if I were Coach K. The zone has been relatively effective in keeping us outside ... gotta get to the basket, and not underestimate this Spanish team.

Gotta love Russell Westbrook's pull up jump-shot. Beautiful shot.

I really hate it when players take contested threes off the dribble. Such a terrible shot.

Dogfight right now.

Spain is playing the more disciplined ball right now.

Good run by Spain. Looked like the game was getting away from them but they've worked themselves back into it.

That said, I don't think they can maintain this.

How do you let your starting center get 4 fouls in the 1st half?

I'd like to see Team USA play a lineup without a PG on the floor. Have Kobe defend the point. Puts lots of size and length 1-4 with one big man on the court. Probably Kevin Love.

Try to get at that small Spanish backcourt.

I'm disappointed that Team USA hasn't built a good lead in the first half.

Kudos to Spain though. They've fought valiantly in keeping this close.

Iguadala with the Wade like takedown that had dislocated Rondo's elbow. In the olympics that is called an "unsportsmanlike foul", whereas in the NBA it's "what a great play by Wade!!!".
