I've loved me some Jaylen Brown since the minute he was picked. This award just verifies what we all know: Jaylen Brown is an intelligent, caring man that wants to be the best he can be for his family, his team, his neighborhood, his race and his world. When it's all said and done, in my opinion, Jaylen Brown will become more famous for what he does off the court, not on it. And that's not because Brown won't be an amazing and accomplished basketball player. He will. But because of how outstanding his future will be in enacting change for the greater good of all.

It made me think. 24 year old Jaylen Brown is now a veteran. It's amazing how fast time goes by.

Great!  Hope Jaylen stays in Boston for all he does for the Celtics AND for all he does for Boston.  What a great pick he is turning out to be.  I'd hate to see him traded -- so excited to see another year of growth in both Jays.

But Brown is a easy guy to root for, as well as Smart, Robert Williams and Grant Williams.
