Pritchard’s maturity is crazy. Cant believe he’s a rookie. Making that last pass is a chef’s kiss

Hey Tatum...box out!!!
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

That's great D by Romeo. Starting off strong defensively like he ended.
That was some good offence as well. His reaction time with his feet is amazing. Reminds me of AB’s individual defence

I recall Romeo had a decent amount of blocks last year especially in 1on1 drives. If he figures out offense his ceiling could be Donovan Mitchell. Might not ever get that chance on the Cs though

Don't mind heat checks. Not one bit.

Jaylen told his teammates it was his bad, but really didn't need to. You WANT your stars having the confidence to do that when they are cooking.

If you are all for feeding the hot hand, you can't care a bit over a heat check when someone has it going.

There’s no such thing as being hot. It’s the biggest fallacy in the NBA.
Completely disagree. Even at a high school level or high quality street ball, sometimes, you can just feel you can't miss and don't. The hot hand is a real thing, IMO.

Yeah, I know there are some behavioral economists/psychologists out there who want to make this argument, but to any halfway decent offensive ball player it's clear that the "getting hot" phenomenon is absolutely true and existent.

Remember in the bubble how we’d end every quarter like that?

JT really needs to stop with those end of the quarter ISOs if the shot isn’t there. That was horrible.

Now we remember why we need to have patience with Young guys. Romeo is a specimen and was the best high school player in America for a reason. A bad wrist that cost him his shot and most of his pro career is now heeled. I think he could be taking a Timelord jump in importance on this team next year.
