So can we bottle this version of Marcus Smart and use it in every game?

This is the version of him that we need every night.

Okay. Hot take. I'll say it.

Brown is playing at a top 5 player in the league level right now.

Top 15 to me but I like the optimism! TP!

lol we all know  how much you love Brown. Cs need to sell high on Tatum he is taking shots away from Brow. Brown celing is MJ.
Yeah, ummmmmm....no.

Jayson is amazing and was playing at a top 15 player level in the league before he got sick.

Keep both and you very much have a MJ- Pippen synergy type situation that could yield a bunch of titles.

Jaylen is really good and I think more importantly, he realizes he's really good.

KAT for Tatum works... I think, but I'd want some shooting aswell: something which the Wolves have zero of.

It only works in the offseason due to Tatum's poison pill provision.

now I know some of us have compared him to Kawhi...but imho he's really getting close in terms of efficiency, and his methodical fall aways, pull up 3's and defense..LOVE IT

Brown has to be in the conversation for league MVP thus far this season.

Brown with a casual 63 point game per36.

Wonder if we'll see posts claiming we're a better team with Brown on the bench from everyone's favourite contrarian ;D

Loved to see Nesmith get some run and see shots fall. Those who wrote him off so early should feel silly.

What is it about Cleveland that makes Carsen Edwards go off every time? He has some sort of grudge!

Hey raw on/off is an amazing stat that trumps its adjusted forms that account for lineup changes, minutes played, specific game actions, etc! This exemplifies how statistics don't lie but people do - you need to apply context to the numbers and view a variety of metrics to see if there's a consistent value signal from the player (box and non-box) before making these conclusions, if they are mixed you'll have to dig deeper with the eye test and analyse the player's situation.

i have faith that nesmith will be an nba player. my question is how good he will be for the celtics. if he can play credible defense and make a ton of threes he is extremely valuable.

whenever a team doubles any of tatum, brown, or walker, if nesmith can make the three he makes the celtics very, very hard to beat.

TP

He is starting to realize that he can't be stopped.

He is such a physical freak, and so intelligent and fiery. He really can do anything he wants so long as he keeps his focus like he did today. I got chills watching him tonight. The sky is the limit. It's rare you get to see something like this unfolding.
