The trade is the one mostly everyone is wanting, Nerlens Noel.

Celtics - Avery Bradley, Marcus Thornton, Boston 2016 1st round, Dallas 2016 1st round
To
76ers - Nerlens Noel

Free Agents

Resign - Jae Crowder - 4 years, 18-24 million.  Crowder moves into our starting shooting guard with trading Bradley.
Greg Monroe - 4 years, 60-70 million.  I doubt we get him but Monroe and Harris would be a great two free agents for us, but I'm doubting on Monroe.
Tobias Harris - 4 years, 50-60 million.  Specially since DeMarre Carroll just signed 4 years, 60 million.
Paul Pierce - 2 years, 12 million.  This is simply to bring home the truth, but would fit us off the bench and save him to play two years.  Or can also play starting shooting guard and Crowder comes off the bench.

Two Guys maybe worth a chance.  One maybe worth a resign.
These two guys only if no Greg Monroe
Josh Smith - 2 years, 12 million.  See if he'd be wanting to come off the bench, can play power forward and center if need to.  A decent shot blocker and can score when needs to.
Carlos Boozer - 2 years, 8-10 million.  Gives a veteran big, who can still score a rebound.

Brandon Bass - 2-3 years, 10-14 million.  A veteran big who already loves Boston and fits well.
