Horrible shot selection.....abs no defense, and the big 3 are absent again

Game Over!!

Night-night everybody. I can't watch anymore of this garbage.

And for those that will be blaming Doc for this debacle, you're fools.

1 or 2 no shows on the road, maybe the coach didn't prepare the guys.

3 no shows on the road, maybe bad use of the bench and rotations, maybe.

4 no shows in a road in the playoffs has nothing to do whatsoever with the coaching.

That's on the players. In retrospect, every loss in the playoffs has to be put on the players. 4 in a row just cannot be explained by bad coaching. No way. No how. Something is seriously lacking in the heart of this team!

Delonte is looking like an all-star.

Man, if tonight was your first night watching the NBA, and somebody told you Danny traded Wally, Delonte, and the #5 pick for Ray Allen and some bench guy named Big Baby, you'd think he was the worst GM in sports.

(In no way am I criticizing the trade.  I'm just pointing out how it looks solely through the lens of tonight's game.)

Thank goodness trades are not based on one night. They didn't exactly play good in Boston though...Cleveland needed a win and they got it. Hopefully C's figure out what to do on the road the next game. Just like every other team with home court advantage--they lose game 3. I'm over it. Next game!

Oh one last thing. If Tom Thibodeau gets the credit for the great defense then he should be taking some serious, serious heat for the complete lack of defense during these 4 road games.

The opponent makes adjustments after 2 games, Doc does not. There has to be some blame there.

Three point shooting sealed it for the enemy tonight!

Oh well, not to be tonight, with that lack of effort and execution...

Good, we got some competition to overcome, the enemy showed up !

Should be a good series, good and ugly...

It depends.

Who is in charge of getting the players up to play on the road?

You're really really searching for stuff there. Every loss eevryone associated with the team deserves some responsibility, but the coaching responsibility for the complete body of work that is the four road playoff losses has to somewhere numerically below 5%. There is no way possible that coaching explains four straight complete crap showings for a team the caliber of this Celtics team.

They played very good at road games this season

I don't understand this big difference between home and away court

Court is same size, rims are the same, you just imagine that fans are cheering for you and thats it  ;)

Doc isn't to blame for this one, because no matter what he did, we were going to lose.

That being said, he didn't put the team in the best position to succeed, either.  Playing Perk the entire 3rd quarter and sitting Powe and Posey, for instance, is one example of a poor decision by the coaching staff.

Again, though, this one was lost from the outset.  That falls on the players' shoulders.
