Kristaps Porzingis misses practice today
Jay King: Joe Mazzulla was asked what Kristaps Porzingis is able to do right now. “I have no idea,” Mazzulla said. That’s often his response when guys are injured. He said Porzingis did not practice today. 16 mins ago – via Twitter ByJayKing

Trying not to over read into this....

So that's not a good thing right if he misses practice? Should we start panicking

Jaylen Brown’s Porzingis update:

“KP’s been great. Still very active. Been at every practice, making sure he’s still involved in every team huddle & just staying in the mix mentally even though physically he’s not fully there yet mentally he’s been engaged — that’s a great sign”

Could mean a lot. He could have not participated in game development and practice for tomorrow because he isn’t playing. He could have been rehabbing. Could have been getting treatment.

Cs are in game prep mode today so I would not expect him to be in the practice. I think shoot around tomorrow we might see him.

Why would he practice? He’s currently injured and is rehabbing..

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Yeah, I wouldn’t expect he’d be a full participant in practice until after he played in a game at this point.

The lack of concrete updates pretty much tells me he's out this entire week. So that includes Game 3, and probably also Game 4. That's fine. To me, Games 5-6 felt more realistic.

agreed. was thinking same today. no  rush. get up 2-0 in series. at least get split in indy finish in 5. have KP ready for finals. if we get him back AND he stays healthy we are winning it all. write it down.
