Wow, interesting trade from both sides here. UF giving up Favors, Barnes , AND both 2016 picks for #3 . Mk must really have faith in James Young or Plumblee to do that.

There's one more trade but I'm waiting on confirmation from one of the GMs.

Which allows me to reiterate this part of the constitution:

25. Trades must be confirmed via PM or email by both parties to Gainesville Celtic, both during the offseason (when Yahoo! league pages are unavailable) and during the season. This is especially important when draft picks are involved; a running log of all trades will help track ownership of draft picks. Trade confirmation MUST include a list from each GM involved of all players and/or picks being traded.

I need a separate PM (or email) from each GM confirming a trade. The easiest way is for one GM to send a PM to both GMs involved and me --- then the other GM just "reply to all" and type "confirmed" at the end.

(Celticsblog PM quirk: if you click "quote" on a PM to multiple people it quotes and replies JUST TO THE SENDER; so you have to use "Reply to all" when confirming trades to me.)


I know that often GMs send in the thread where another GM says "confirm, send it in" (or soemthing similar). To avoid any issues I just want to make sure I have something direct from both GMs --- so I'm never caught in the situation where one GM sent it in early or changed the players, etc. I don't think this will ever happen, but also don't want to tempt fate.

Wow, interesting trade from both sides here. UF giving up Favors, Barnes , AND both 2016 picks for #3.

Not giving up on Favors Flav, just flipping his value for a potentially higher ceiling & a re-balanced roster.... but yes, it's a clean win for Eja.

Mk must really have faith in James Young or Plumblee to do that.
