Naw been there done that. My SG needs to be at least 6'5". AB is only about 6'2". His shooting is mediocre. Trade him while he has value.

Seriously.  Their issues are all personnel.  They need more shooting around their bigs.

They need a proper backup PG behind Mike Conley. Not Bayless. Someone who knows how to run a team. Someone who can get shots for his teammates instead of just looking for his own.
