liking that : Plan J

the thing is:  i think a mjaor part of our problem last year was too many guys, lead to ill defined roles and less chemistry.  This really could be addition by subtraction. Less guys to keep happy this year, better defined roles, and possibly / likely better results.  Hayward will have a big chip on his shoulder. The J's will be ready for prime time.
Im still pretty optimistic here and now we've got a nickname for it : Plan J

let's go! :)
