I'm responding with a sense of humor but you're not really going to get sports "news" on Twitter.  That's your first mistake.  And some guy, who has no apparent credentials, says in Spanish that Ainge is going after Cousins?  That is not any kind of credible rumor.  Where you get your information from in life is important and having some kind judgment to separate credible info from chatter is valuable.  It's very possible that the Celtics are in interested in Cousins, as would a lot of other teams.

I put zero stock in the source but I'm pretty confident Ainge has and will continue to look into trading for any young star who might be available.  And Cousins certainly seems like that lately.

Well, pretty much all sports news these days is first broken or reported on twitter, but those come from credible sources and sports news guys that we have known to "trust" as much as we can. However, this source isn't credible in the least.

Cousins is the only thing keeping the Kings relevant at all.  Would be shocked if they traded him, especially after investing so much in Gay.

I can confirm this rumor. I overheard a guy speaking Spanish at the bus stop and he was adamant this was happening. Of course, I don't speak Spanish. But I could just tell by the context of his conversation it was something big and important to me.

this is how I feel, as well, although I would add that Sports news like this is broken all the time from sources like these: the verification is when most people start to take it seriously.

Didn't they just sign George Karl .....surely Karl know s the Kings are a Lottery pick #1 team without Cousins .......he IS the freakin team.

I think Karl is a BAD fit for Cousins .

Cousins Good fit =. Carlisle , Rivers , Spobott,  ......maybe Stevens

He needs firm structure ..with specific goals ...but not a tyrant , demanding yelling person.,  or he'll rebel.    He needs a smart even keel guy that doesn't look down on him mentally .

Cousins needs a smart soft spoken coach.....to keep his motor and temper in check

Definitely, it could be legit - remember Courtney Lee's cousin breaking his trade here? - but even confirmation that Ainge is trying to get Cousins doesn't necessarily validate the source, since it'd be a pretty easy thing to guess.
