I don’t think that subtracting Jaylen is a positive. I think he can be anAll-NBA defender, and can be a capable second or third scorer on a good team. Think Khris Middleton.

I would say a BIG maybe but he has to learn how to shoot better especially from the free throw line. Middleton

I second this... It's funny OP mentioned role players, but we're exchanging a player with high potential/high risk reward type of guy, for even marginally better role players all on teams where their success hasn't translated to any vital wins on their own respective teams.

Not a good trade for the C's.  If the C's trade Brown it has to be in a package for an Anthony Davis
 or all star type player.

Let's be honest.
It is a subtraction by subtraction type of deal.

There is nothing that bothers me more than people capitalizing words to make their points, not even terrible trade ideas, such as these propositions.

Jaylen Brown is the best player by a long shot in this deal. Dario Saric is a nice player, but he is what he is.
2019 Historical Draft - Golden State

C - Bill Russell/Joel Embiid
PF - Giannis Antetokounmpo/Tommy Heinsohn
SF - Kevin Durant/Billy Cunningham
SG - Bruce Bowen/David Thompson
PG - Isiah Thomas/James Harden

Absolutely. Brown, Tatum (and even Williams) are only available for a star player.
Otherwise it just makes no sense for the Celtics.

I don't like this trade at all. Jaylen Brown has far too much potential to moved for Saric.

Our top prospects seem off the table unless we're nabbing a star, like AD
'23 Historical Draft: Orlando Magic.

PG: Terry Porter (90-91) / Steve Francis (00-01)
SG: Joe Dumars (92-93) / Jeff Hornacek (91-92) / Jerry Stackhouse (00-01)
SF: Brandon Roy (08-09) / Walter Davis (78-79)
PF: Terry Cummings (84-85) / Paul Millsap (15-16)
C: Chris Webber (00-01) / Ralph Sampson (83-84) / Andrew Bogut (09-10)
