until the fans organize they will continue to be taking for granted.

The NBA likes to talk about the partnership between the owners, the players, and the corporate//media partners. Everyone of them makes money BUT they forget the key partners in all of this the FANS.  The reasons the fans are the omitted partners is because we are divided and not organized.

It is time for the fans to organize and make demands for a place at the table. If the demands for a place at the table is not met the fans should exercise their right to walk collectively. Lets see exactly where all the money will come from when the fans act in unison.

This nonsense where ONE team controls all free agents needs to stop. There must be rule changes to stop a single player determining the destiny of what should be a competitive sport. Please do not tell me that all it takes for GSW to lose is an injury here or there. Competition based on the possibility of injury is absurd. You cannot start a season knowing who is going to win the championship just because ONE player circumvents the salary cap by taking less money than he is worth on the open market (Durant). At the very least that should be illegal. What is to stop LeBron who is almost a billionaire from taking less money ($1 a year) so that the Lakers can sign Leonard, AD, and Kyrie. This nonsense must stop. It will only stop when the fans organize and learn to walk away from this nonsense.
