Guess it's been mostly ugly/ordinary from both Fultz/Tatum.

Did anyone see how bad he rolled it? Australian people are 500% tougher than average humans. Hopefully it's precautionary because I like his game, so far.

How has Simmons looked?

Living in Australia all I hear is how everything he touches is pure gold and that he's basically LeBron already. Hard to get an honest opinion on him.

His shot isn't impressive, but his size, mobility and ability to get to the hoop look great. Also sees the court great -- can handle and pass.  I think he's going to be terrific.

I agree.

Aside from his jumpshot (obviously) it's pretty hard to fault him on anything else.

Completely honestly, I haven't see a guy with his size move, dribble or pass like him since Magic Johnson.

People forget - this man is 6'10" / 250 pounds.  He's the same size as Kevin Love and he's out there playing full-time PG, and he doesn't look the least bit uncomfortable doing it.

I know Giannis has played some PG as well, but Giannis' looks like a point forward when he's out there playing the point.  Ben Simmons looks like a nature PG.

If Simmons ever managed to develop even a PASSABLE jump shot, good lortd he could be special.

Yep, it's pretty much Smart and Rozier battling for the game MVP lol

So.. who looks better? Fultz or Tatum? (Just tuning in btw)

Smart and Rozier have both been so dominant that Tatum and Brown have kind of been overshadowed a bit. But Tatum has had some good moments on the defensive end.

Yeah, Tatum has been quiet on offense, but looked very good on defense.

Fultz actually looked quite awful on offense imo. He got stripped several times, and threw several other bad passes and forced some shots where he got bailed out by the refs.

Simmons really looks like he can't shoot.

He can score because of his size, but he has no touch for shooting the ball.

When we see Fultz shoot from the outside? Going to the basket is nice if you can shoot free throws.

Not even close. Fultz is very ordinary.
Today Fultz has been better.

Once the season starts I get the feeling that Fultz will struggle a little more than Tatum against NBA regulars.  Tatum by all rights should struggle too -- but he just seems like he will be solid pretty quicky.

Ugly game for both Tatum and Brown

I've been very impressed with Terry. Now he's looked good in every pre-season he's played in the pros, but the difference between this year and the past two is he's playing within himself and not trying to do too much.

My only disappointment thus far tonight for the C's is Jaylen Brown. He looks like he has a poor feel for the game overall and hasn't improved his shooting or ball handling at all.

The Sixers are 7-15 from the FT line for a 46.7%. Fultz 2-5 Simmons 2-6. That's pretty bad isn't it. Couldn't hit the side of a barn door.

Philly is getting some really questionable calls.  Theis has been on the receiving end of two, both against Simmons.  One was a clean block, and just the last play looked like good D to me.
