Smart has been absolutely atrocious this game.

Yeah, he should be on the bench...

Wish granted

Within the context of missing a layup Smart did a great job there.

Need a real offensive player on the court.  If I have a gripe with Stevens this year, it's that we have spend too much time running units with nobody who can create good looks.  On a Smart/Rozier/Ojeleye/Morris/Theis unit, your only hope of a decent shot is a Morris iso.

Yep, you really must have at least one of Kyrie, Al, or Tatum out there at all times. Hell, not even Brown is out there right now.

Completely agree.

If this game proves anything, it's that having good shooters (Crabbe, Harris) can make any team competitive

Smart can't run an offense. Love the guy but he's a great sixth man on this team forever.

He can. The problem is he is not running anything tonight and forcing ill advised shots.

No he can't.

Brad disagrees with you.
Yes, and that's precisely why the team blew the lead.

It's not rocket science. When you have Irving, Brown, Tatum and Horford, you can afford to have at least one of them on the floor at all times.

He has no choice.

He have. Larkin is walking through that door.

Ok after 3 or 4 years I am over Smart . At list for now.
Can’t wait for the next offseason videos of smart shooting 20 3s in a row

I can live with his bad 3 pt shotting, but it's the 2 pt shooting that's frustrating me.

Brad is a horrible in-game coach.
Ha ha ha. Koz, your mindless hatred of all things cbs is really making you seem silly. Give it a rest.
You think that lineup was going to keep us in the game? You have surely seen those guys play before, right?

Not nearly as critical of Brad as Koz, but there are certain peculiarities with his rotation that drive me absolutely nuts.

I can live with the historically poor shooting. The fact that he hasn't met a shot he didn't like is a deal breaker though.

He'll be the reason the Cavaliers get a pick outside Top-10 this year!  ;)

This is the part where I usually point out Smart's line is putrid and then someone asks me if I'm even watching the game.

No it's not. Celtics always goes on a run when Smart is not chucking shots and pass to his teammates. The problem is when he start playing like a shooter, not a playmaker.
