Title: Help On A Dress Shirt

You always see LeBron wearing these dress shirts after the game and what not, It has the things on the shoulders and i dont know the name brand of the shirts and i want to get some.. or have my Girl buy me some  ;D..... Can someone help me please!

I havent actually seen Lebron wearing the shirt you are looking for, but is it like this (style wise for the shoulder)?
if so, they are typically described as 'military style'
