Can someone please call a foul when Ray Allen drives? If there was a stat that measured amounts of drives to the basket, getting fouled, and no fouls are called, Ray Allen would be leading the league.

The refs are treating Ray like a rookie...not going to help his tentativeness.

Overall good start though, we are more aggressive and getting to loose balls better than they are.

Awesome play by Rage ... and a huge rebound! Wish he'd take that jumper.

Those two timeouts were way too close together. Come on! It's only the first quarter. Play a bit. What was that a minute and a half between timeouts?

Edit: 2:15 minutes

can i get Celtics radio on-line ?
i'd much prefer Max's comments to espn crew.

i used to lay in bed at nite in high school listening to WBZ and Johnny Most calling the Celtics game when Cowen's teams were wreaking havoc in the NBA. great memories and good reception at nite all the way down here in knoxville.

I think he did it to get some substitutions in among other things. Might be mistaken though... not a big deal really.

No Powe tonight. PJ Brown was the first big man off the bench.

Nope, the mandatory under-6 media timeout didn't happen til about the 4:15 mark, due to no dead balls.  So, the mandatory under-3 media timeout came up soon thereafter.  Both mandatory TOs, I think, not called by either coach.
