Nothing like a game with the Pistons to raise the confidence level.

To think I picked them preseason to make playoffs..  ???

one thing .....the Celts AREN'T in shape.....this is their pre-season. Doc even said so in the Herald ( our local paper for you out of town supporters!). So, that might explain so lax D.... I don't like it...but they don't play for ME....Well, not yet....!
But is ANY team in shape?
Doc also said we look old.

Well, thiong is, young teams can get there easier..as in MIAMI, they looked in shape.
That's for sure. Funny how teams the last few years who have been on top of the league have had their struggles to start--Dallas, Boston, Lakers, San Antonio...

Good stretch. Keep trying to dunk it JO, rather see you go to the hoop strong than weak.

Also, Ray's shot is sweet as ever this season, he's off to set new records in percentages I bet.

Rondo looks a bit timid, not driving, but solid nonetheless.

Defense good in stretches. We're forcing them to take bad shots.

Now keep it up, and don't let our guard down again. Some of the time we seems to be lulled asleep, and that's when they score. My point: their points don't come off of their good plays, they come off of our bad D.

Consistency on D is what we need.

Boring team btw, the Pistons.

Yeah, fair point. Oh well, if that's what the doctor ordered, we'll take it.

Bass could do with a slightly more consistently falling shot, but only slightly. Overall, he just looks good.

Probably because they think he needs it. Can't disagree, we need him to be better/more aggresive or atleast less asleep

Would be good to see Doc throw JaJuan Johnson in the game early. Now's the time.

Agree 100%. Throw these young kids in the fire, let's see what they can do.

it almost seems like KG is waiting for the ball to come to him instead of going after it.

Bass is so much more automatic than Baby in the midrange game.

First game of the year where we're ahead after one quarter, yay! Too bad it's only by 2 points. :-X

Dooling looks hesitant out there.
