Celtics/Bucks, Christmas Day. Sounds good to me.  :)

ESPN announced on Monday that all five NBA Christmas Day games will be scheduled for both ESPN and ABC, marking the first time that the broadcast network has carried the full, five-game schedule. ABC was initially set to simulcast the middle three games (Lakers-Mavericks at 2:30 PM ET, Bucks-Celtics at 5:00 and Grizzlies-Warriors at 8:00), but has now added the Noon ET Sixers-Knicks and 10:30 PM ET Suns-Nuggets games to its schedule.  – via Sports Media Watch

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

NBA on TNT is almost back baby!

I’ve missed the Chuckster.

5' 10" former point guard

Career highlight: 1973-74 championship, Boston Celtics

Career lowlight: traded for a washing machine

Lakers are 1-15 from 3pt so far(6.7%) with 8mins to go in the 2nd Q. They clearly know what their strength is.

Fakers getting torched, down 20 halfway through the 3rd shooting 37% overall and 18% from 3. LeBum looking so passive aggressive already. If they keep it up and lose by 40 it will top off a perfect evening

Agreed. They don’t have the horses. Top it off with some silver screen and roll reading.

Let’s see if ESPN posts the write up of the Fakers getting thumped before they post the report of the Cs beating the Sixers

Russell Westbrook currently has the second best plus minus of the starters and shot 50% from the field. Lebron has scored 9 points sense the team fell down 23 late in the third. We know how this will be spun.

Lakers have done a decent job at shutting down the shooting of the Warriors. Their offence is just terrrrrible. They have more turnovers than assists

Gouki you watching this? Who do you blame on the lakers for being down 15 at this point? Davis?

I blame the whole team, but most importantly their management. What the heck is this roster? Their bench players are genuinely terrible, they don't have enough shooting in their starting lineup, they turn it over as much as they get assists, they lose the offensive rebounding battle.

Then there's the Big 3. Davis hasn't shot well, but some of his defence has been critical. Westbrook has shot better than usual and rebounded well, but more TOs than assists. LeBron has scored a heap and filled the stat sheet, but hasn't played good D. All of them have flaws, and their chemistry doesn't work.

Beverley the only legit 3pt shooter in that Lakers starting lineup for LeBron to pass to. LeBron the next best 3pt shooter. Two non-shooting combo guards in Westbrook and Lonnie Walker. And AD at center who is more of a 2pt shooter barely adequate 3pt shooter.

That Lakers team is going to have monstrous problems spacing the floor this season if this is how they are going to play. This was a night where Westbrook wasn't bricking left and right ... imagine how bad those nights are going to look.

They need to start Matt Ryan. They need more shooters in that starting lineup. And they need a legit forward to play next to LeBron. There is too much work in the paint for LeBron & AD to do by themselves. Can't saddle them with 3 guards who lack the size to help in the paint. Overworking your stars on D without those little guards providing enough O (offense) to justify the small-ball = a death sentence.
