I'm not talking about this team.

Memphis Grizzlies

PG: Derrick Rose
SG: Ray Allen
SF: Tayshaun Prince
PF: Kris Humphries
C:  Roy Hibbert

I'd like to see you get more defense out of the Center slot, even if it meant taking a slight hit talent-wise.

That's exactly my issue too. Even before Thibs got there, Noah is a beast defensively, and that keeps the possession counts low, and the score close...close enough for Rose to pull it out. Hibbert doesn't strike me as the guy who can play that role.

I think its a little give & take with Hibbert/Noah.  Hibbert is better offensively while Noah is better on the boards (which Humphries helps compensate) and defensively.

However, Hibbert is a 7'2" presence in the paint that had 1.8 bpg last season.  He should be a bit of a deterrent there.

And the type of offense you're going to run around Derek Rose doesn't really call for a traditional post player like Hibbert.

I'm sure you could get some good value for him if you looked around. Somebody could definitely use his skill set if you decided to trade him.

Like the 1,2,3 spots. I remain un convinced that Humphries is the real deal, if he is then I feel better about Hibbert on this team. i think he needs the support of a rock solid 4.

Other than Harris/Lebron ball issues, I like it a lot.

Don't like Harris as your PG.  Besides that, solid squad.

Let's see what you can do to fill out your rotation.

Washington Bullets   wdleehi
PF Lamarcus Aldridge
SF Danny Granger
C Marcin Gortat, Ryan Anderson
SG
PG Raymond Felton

Needs:  Guards.  Luckily, I have multiple picked out that I like and fit my need and two picks next round.

I'm calling it right now, this is the team that squeaks into the playoffs and then wins multiple rounds.

It's not an exciting, or 'sexy' team but that's a really strong team. Though I absolutely hate the Ryan Anderson pick.

The Celtics:

PG: Jrue Holiday
SG: Eric Gordon
SF: Luol Deng
PF: Greg Monroe
C: Tim Duncan

Bench: Taj Gibson

There is something about this team that I don't like and I can't figure it out.

I know that sounds like a joke, but I'm actually being serious. For some reason, I feel inclined to dismiss this team, but it's a really solid squad 1-6.

I don't think they'll have to "sneak in" the playoffs in the East.

They should already be there.

PG: CP3
SG: Brandon Roy
SF:
PF: Al Jefferson
C: JaVale McGee

6th man: Jason Terry

I was lucky to get CP3 with my first pick since I wasn't here to make it but I feel like I surrounded him with players he can work with but also don't take the spotlight away from him. Big Al and McGee will be some good size down low and provide plenty of blocks. I also love having McGee's athleticism paired with CP3, should be fun to watch. And Jason Terry provides us with scoring off the bench since out starters total 46 pts (without a sf). But I know Paul and Roy's numbers will go up anywhere from 2-3 to 5-6 points.

I'd personally rank myself a 7-7.5/10 because of Big Al and no SF yet plus I'm putting alot on Roy's comeback this year.

I'd love to hear from others about my team. I will comment on others soon.
The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.

I have absolutely no idea what to expect from Brandon Roy anymore.
