We wanted to make everybody aware that Steve no longer is just a master author; he's an official member of the moderating staff, as well.  I think Steve has been seen as a de facto member of the staff for awhile now, but this puts this makes it official.

Stevr will be helping out around here, and the staff is all looking forward to it.  I'd ask that everyone treat him with as much (or more) respect as you would with any other mod.

Welcome, Steve!

The guy is kind of a grouch. ;)

Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Haha.  Well, both Steve and Oscar are from New York -- it goes with the territory.  8)

Oscar indeed.  He's my alter ego.

Thanks to Roy, Chief and Rebus for the warm welcome.  It's much appreciated.  Looking forward to more of the same enjoyment I've had for the last several months here at CB and to keep doing my best to help add to the community.

Congratulations Steve.  I think we should all celebrate, so pump up the Tom Jones and let's start this party right!

I object. This man is very controlling, and will absolutely torture this community every chance he gets. He is the Rick Pitino of moderation.

;D Just kidding. Well-deserved, couldn't have asked for a better addition. Congrats, Steve.

bdm860, I believe you were the first to discover the endless power of Fresh Prince clips over my TP clicker some time ago.  Going right back to the well again?  Works for me  ;D  Smart Celtics fan.

Of course, I'm also a power-hungry, war-monger these days.  Talking 'til sunrise to commemorate a championship apparently just ain't what it used to be  ;)  Just messin with ya, CB.  Thanks for the kind words; always a pleasure to chat.

Thanks as well to NF and rondofan.

Wait Steve wasn't a mod before?  Well when someone is so well liked and respected that you think they are when they're not, you know they'll do a good job

Congrats to Steve for being the next in the long list of nice guys that now gets to take crap from a whole bunch of people he doesn't know when they decide to get uppity.  ;) LOL.

Seriously great addition to the staff. It is always so easy to pick out who will be the next mod and I am actually surprised it took this long. Truly a great addition to a class bunch of guys.

As for a title how about:

Author...In Moderation.

Steve has added a great deal to this site, and I look forward to more of his thoughts on the league.

Congrats, Steve.
