I'm slightly changing my list to move Billups down.  He's been pretty terrible and tonight takes the cake.  He's been outplayed this whole series by Andre Miller.

1. CP3
2. Williams
3. Nash
4. T. Parker
5. Rondo
6. Iverson
7. A Miller
8. Calderon
9. Alston
10. Nelson
11. Arenas
12. Fisher
13. Kidd
14. Billups
15. D. West
16. Bibby

I don't know if anybody has been watching the Detroit-Philly series, but based off playoff performance Andre Miller is a top 5 pg.

2n Round edition and you have Delonte and Fisher on that list? No Cassell? Billups 5th with the way he has been playing? Billups has had two great games, Parker played quite bad last game.

I think you're overrating Rondo a bit.

1. CP3
2. Williams
3. Parker
4. Billups
5. Rondo
6. Nelson
7. Fisher
8. Delonte

That's based on playoff performance so far.  There's a fairly large gap between #5 and #6.

I am just ranking the starters.  Maybe I am a little gassed on Rondo right now.  But I would still take Parker over Billups any day.

How is Nash so high on everyone's list?  Granted he is probably a top 2 pg if you don't look at all around game, but he is a matador on the defensive side.  That along with his team not being in the playoffs has to bump him down outside the top five.

What don't you like about CP3, jay_jay?  I love Deron, and Tony Parker is a great player, but I think CP3 has been the class of the playoffs so far.

I'm probably with you here, but if you're making a list based off the second round games, there's no way has Parker played better than Billups.

Roy...i think D.Williams has more responsiblities on his shoilders, even though they have lost.CP3 is good, but i think David West is the main man on the Hornets.CP3 is playing great, but i just feel D.Williams, has to and is playing a bigger role for his team, dispite the losts,so far.I think, the Hornets could win without CP3 a good portion of the time, and the Jazz couldn't without D.Williams.Why i say that,is because   their backup pg is not the worst in the league, and i think,if given the chance, with D.West in the game, they could get close to the same results, not the case in Utah. IMO As far as T.Parker,i am basing it on the previous playoff games aganist Pheonix, can't really say much about it so far in this series.

Rondo has the second most Assists for PG's in the playoffs right now.  And only like 8 TO's.  Plus great Defense for most of rd one, pretty effective scoring for most games.  I'd probably push him up to 4 over Billups.  And CP3 has absolutly been better than Deron Williams.  No Question.  His team has only 2 loses.  And is currently taking apart the defending champs.

  • The good ole days.
Of players currently alive:

1. Paul
2. Williams
3. Billups
4. Parker
5. Rondo
...
...
...
6. Fisher

That's it.  West and Nelson are still running the backcourt for St. Joseph's as far as I'm concerned.
