I'd be happy to trade Bradley for an expiring contract.

I'd roll with PG - Smart, SG - Young, SF - Turner, PF - Sully/Oly  C- Zeller

That is 76ers bad, although granted could actually be good in a few years.  I don't see that team winning any games this year, except of course against the 6ers

See the Bradley signing seems bad but then try and think of quality Guards in the nba...There are none...All the good guards become PG

In 3 years Bradley's deal is going to look like Green's deal now.  Bradley is not a team-destroying lazy player: he hustles, is a good teammate, can play great defense, can shoot, and is 24 years old.  If he doesn't get to where the Cs want him but is still what he is today, in a couple years he will have a very tradable contract.

He just needs to get back to cutting more and spotting up.  Less dribble handoff long 2 pointers.

Pretty much this.

Bradley proved he is a great role player. Not having players like Rondo and Pierce put the ball in his hand a lot more, which is a bad thing.

I feel comfortable with Bradley as a long-term Celtic.

I know a lot of people were hoping for AB to develop but I thought he had reached his ceiling, I don't think he changes much between now and the end of his deal.

His defense as SG has been disappointing. More of a combo guard than a legit two guard.

Not a keeper.

If we were willing to dump him for expiring contracts plenty of GMs would do that in a second.

Great words from a great man

We can make a run at Amare Stoudemire and the Knicks unprotected 1st round pick this year.
The beatings will continue until morale improves

How can Celtic fans, who appreciate players who try hard, be so
rough on Avery.  If we get a star SG or Young blows up or Smart starts at the 2 Bradley
will make an amazing backup 2.  And, if we end up starting Smart at PG or another big PG
Avery's defense on the opponent's 1 will be very valuable.

No player is perfect. Show some support for a hard working good teammate
and person...

4yr/32mil is way too much for a backup SG.

Luckily, Bradley is a starting SG.

Lucky for Bradley not for the C's.

Bradley is still only 24 years old.

Ainge banked on steady improvement over the next 2-3 years of the contract. Not the first 2-3 months of the season.

I think people need to relax on Bradley, but somebody always gotta be the punching bag.

I'm one of the very few Bradley supporters on this board.  But even I have to admit that he's been rough to watch at many points this season.

It's certainly a headscratcher why Ainge tossed a 4-year contract at him if he was planning to ship out the last of our talent during this season.  Further, I am doubtful about his improvement as a player.  He'll never be a good passer/playmaker.  His ballhandling will always be subpar and he'll never be a strong finisher at the rim.  These things just don't come naturally to him and it shows.  He'll always be a good defensive player though, especially if he is allowed to focus on doing so (off the bench, ideally) rather than shooting as much as he currently does.

He does get too much criticism when he plays poorly, and not enough praise when he plays well.  But such is the way of a sports forum.

Bradley isn't bad, but he cuts into our financial flexibility and makes a bit more than a tanking team should be paying for a role player.

I haven't heard any trade rumors at all linked to his name, but he can finally be moved next week... it will be interesting to see if we dump him.
