Much like the NBA trading deadline, there is a constant barrage of player movement news flying around the internet and other media outlets.

Please, just as a courtesy to everyone, if you post a free agent signing you've heard or read but has yet to be confirmed, just kindly throw a (Unconfirmed) as a disclaimer.

If the free agency signing is confirmed, please cite the source in the title of the thread.

Its just a measure to help avoid confusion at this crazy point in the season.

Thanks.

Just bumping this as we are about to embark on crazy season once again.

All we're asking is title things properly.  If its a rumor or unconfirmed, please title it that way.

Also, if all possible, provide links or post the report.  Makes things easier for everyone.

Thanks.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
Also, remember if you think you broke the news on something (aka found the twitter or link or whatever first) and your thread mysteriously disappears, don't freak out. It just got merged with whoever actually saw it first.
