yeah that team is stacked.  LiAngelo scored 72 earlier this year, but is sitting out a couple of weeks so LaMelo could take over.

This should be taken with a huge grain of salt. Apparently the team plays four players on defense while one of the Ball brothers never crosses half-court and gets a wide-open lay-up everytime. With LiAngelo out, LaMelo (a sophomore) was able to go off. I am not sure if the article mentions that he was supposedly scoring as many points as possible for a classmate who is in the hospital.

It should also be noted that neither of these Ball brothers are anywhere near the prospect that their brother Lonzo is.

depends on who you read.  many believe LaMelo could be the best of them.  LiAngelo is widely regarded as the worst of the three though.

On 67 shots?  Shooting percentage be [dang]ed.  That's a lot of looks.

Ummm....good for him, I guess?

His coach must be auditioning for the top job in Sacramento.

He didnt play defense and actually hung out at half court waiting for the rebounder to hurl him a pass for easy buckets

he was 37 for 61 or just over 60%, though was 30 for 39 from two and just 7 of 22 from 3.  He did add 7 assists.

I transposed my numbers.    Still, 61 shots.

These high school "feats" have just never really done it for me.  I think a lot of it is just publicity chasing.

Ugh, imagine how annoying it must be to be his teammate.

Watching tape, it looked like a bad junior high school game. I realize they are a good team and all, but jeez, that defense was deplorable.

I think their father is a problem letting this stuff go on.  Really sends a bad message. I don't like it.  Ironically, Lonzo's greatest attribute is his team style play, so maybe I have this figured wrong.
