I watched Terminator 2 the other day for the first time in a while, and Arnold did some pretty effective driving in a severely abused chicken truck.  Still, I have to believe John Candy and Steve Martin take the cake for their wagon in Plains Trains and Automobiles.

Any others come to mind?

Yup

Clint's bus in the Gauntlet took a pretty good beating and still did the job.
