I can't even be mad at him.  Hat tip to you Ray.  Un-freaking-believable.  He had every right to leave Boston.  He absolutely proved his worth.  The man is an absolute legend.  INcredible.  Just incredible.

Arguably the most clutch player to ever play the game.  Hands down.

Ray Allen was fantastic late in that game. He saved Miami.

San Antonio would be celebrating their Championship right now if not for him.

Why would you be jocking him now? You can respect him and/or his game, but don't celebrate him, at least not publicly.

Ray Allen hit the biggest shot of his career tonight, in a Heat uniform.

Hard to say exactly how that makes me feel, as a Celtics fan.  But it's not good.

Dude whatever... give it a rest.  Even KG and Doc are looking to bail on this franchise.  Our time was done.  He wanted to contribute to a contender.

DAT SHOT...

Clearly Ray proved his worth.  Clearly this isn't someone you stick behind Avery Bradley to split minutes with Jason Terry off the bench for a 41 win fringe playoff team.   This is someone who was born to nail ice cold shots in the Finals.

I couldn't help but go nuts watching that shot.  Ray is incredible.  We traded for the dude, he helped bring us a title and he left when it was his time to leave.  Dude is legend.  Nothing but respect for that guy.

Ray Allen silenced his Celtics haters for good tonight.

There's nothing more you can say to him.  Man showed up in the biggest moment of his life to that point and delivered.

Is this thread for real?

He was completely useless until he hit that three...a lot of things came around perfectly for the Heat tonight, including Manu getting destroyed going to the hoop at the end of ot.

Oh, and don't you love Spoelstra's amazing words of wisdom? God, I HATE the Heat.

That was incredible.  Ray hit shots like that hundreds of times for the Celtics.  He wanted to keep doing it for a contender.  I'm lucky in that I have no hate for the Heat.  Massive props to LeBron as well for hitting the 3 pointer before that.  Hard to criticize that guy ... he's a phenom.   But that shot by Ray was absolutely sick.

IS there anyone in the history of the game more "clutch" than Ray Allen?  Perhaps Jordan?
