Greatest Starting 5... ever?

i recently read that article on yahoo by KD where he talks about pippen's induction into the HoF. He made a statement there that said that his first 5 would be Pippen and Jordan in the backcourt, Bird and Russell in the forward spots and Bill Walton manning the middle.

Since the off-season has slowed down, let's amuse ourselves. So, who's in your "greatest ever starting 5"? Players can be from any era. And we're assuming each is playing in his absolute prime.

Mine would be Magic, Jordan, Bird, Kevin Garnett (yes, i said Garnett!) and Bill Russell. Bill Russell gets in on my squad on reputation since i'm not old enough to have ever seen him play. lol. But if i had to choose someone who i actually saw play, then my starting Center would probably be Hakeem Olajuwon.

I agree the 1986 Celtics is the greatest starting five ever.  Now for five all time greats starting, I think I would go with:
