Covington seems a little slow to do it.

Covington's rated 21st in defensive Real +/- among power forwards, so he's the logical match-up. POR signed Hollis-Jefferson to a 10-day contract, but he's played only  6 minutes in 2 games and may not be in game shape. He's 6.6, plays SF and PF,  and has been a good defender in the past though. Powell who starts at SF is only 6.3 and a poor defender. Overall, POR's DRating is 29th in the NBA, so they don't have many defensive answers.

Always seems like Tatum burns Covington whenever they're matched up too. Been the case since he was a rookie
