Jakob Poeltl is a 7 foot Austrian born Center playing for the surprisingly relevant Utah Utes. Draftexpress has him listed at 235 but that clearly has room to fill out and when all is said and done it's not much of a stretch to think he could develop into an Omer Asik like Defensive Center.

(Not too exciting but loaded with clips of Poeltl doing things that no one on our roster is capable of.)

With so many picks in the coming drafts (there's speculation that he wont come out until 2016) i absolutely hope that we spend one of them on Jakob Poeltl. Even his production in Europe last year had him in the same conversation as The Bosnian Bear himself Jusuf Nurkic.

Poeltl by my eyes is the next great opportunity to to plug up the area within 5 feet of the basket. He's a space eater, the type we haven't had since Perkins. 2015? 2016? Does Jakob Poeltl have a future in green?
