Pistons have all the momentum right now, playing harder then they have all year, there crowds into it, and the celtics look rattled, just not playing good at all all of a sudden...they need to calm down and actually run there stuff

Yeah, I'm kinda praying for halftime and a monster third.

Credit DET for keeping Ray and Eddie off the 3pt line.

But right, the Toney-Eddie Leon_Baby line is best left unused.

Doesn't seem like anyone on the Cs is looking for their shot tonight.

I bet you the pistons are talking about beating boston and then cleveland to send some sort of message to the league...lol, followed by not showing up and losing to below .500 teams....yawn

how many times is KG gonna come up limping this year?

The problem I am seeing is that we are not moving the ball crisply enough -- they are able to contest the shots and hacking our guys who are not making them pay.  1 for 2 won't cut it.

A little better those last 2 minutes.

Bad second Q after a great first. Poor bench play. Doc shouldn't have gone with 4 reserves and Pierce. Eddie shouldn't have been the pg. TA should have been benched. Oh and that second foul on KG was BS.

Looks like Rip is breaking out the claws early.  Ray's gonna need some ointment after this game.

And that wasn't a flagrant, he did make a play on the ball.

He got him in the head which will usually get you a flagrant these days.

Ugh... Eddie/TA/Leon/BBD/Pierce makes me want to puke...not only does it not work at all, but it takes the entire team out of their rhythm, it contributed to the slump, and we've been playing great for 48 minutes without it...why the hell go back to it?   yah lets talk about how great eddie has been playing because hes been playing off the ball, and then the next game throw him out there at point against the bigger stronger stukcey? really really strange borderline moronic

Yeah that particular 4 bench + starter combo is probably the worst. I think Doc has tried the Gabe/Eddie/BBD/Scal + starter IIRC that wasn't so bad.
Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

Um....Boston lost to the Warriors. The worst defensive team in the league, so I don't think we have much room to talk.

The difference between when Rondo was in running the show at the point and the combined efforts of House and Pierce trying to do it instead of a real point guard were so evident that it's beyond me how Doc can't see that Pruitt is needed at the point when Rondo is not in. He's up and down but the difference in ball movement, spacing and offensive execution is so vast that something needs to be changed for the beginning of the 4th quarter. If the starters extend another lead and turn it over to a House run offense with Tony at the 2, we are just going to give the points and the momentum right back to the Pistons.
