I'm mostly looking forward to playing with my team in 2k. Calderon, Jack, and George are all lights-out  ;D

Already played with mine.

Scoring isn't pretty but defense and rebounding is top notch.

Jamal Crawford is an animal too in 2K lol.
*CB Miami Heat*
Kyle Lowry, Dwayne Wade, 13th pick in even numbered rounds, 18th pick in odd numbered rounds.

Korver is always good for a few catch-and-shoot threes in 2k. Pretty much automatic.

A little worried about my interior D but Al Jefferson has turned the corner this year on defense.  His coaches has said as much too.  Lots of smart GMs here so picking 17th in the first round my team isn't real top heavy, and tried to go after guys that are a little under the radar, or trending up.

Some of my guys have been on a tear lately.

big Al's last 10 games 25.6 PPG, 9.5 RPG, .546 FG% (Maybe best low post scorer in league)
Faried's last 6 games in March 20.3 PPG, 10.3 RPG, .655 FG%
Olynyk's last 3 games in March 16.7 PPG, 6.6 RPG, .493 FG% 3 point shooting improving
Tobias Harris's last 10 games 18.8 PPG, 6.4 RPG, .519 FG%.  Always liked this player.
Ross last 9 games 13.6 PPG and .523 FG% Excellent 3 pt shooter.  Coming into his own since they traded Gay.

Really like my backcourt of Beal and Wall.  Focus my offense around Wall and Jefferson with others playing off of them

Saying all that it's going to be tough beating some of the teams out there.  :-\

So, whats our Over - Under on how many more games Amare will play?

But in all seriouness, 14 points, 5 rebounds, 62% shooting in his last 10 games.

He's still rounding into form, but now we se he's really, albeit slowly, coming back.

Although, is better to start Stat over Jones?

Methinks someone who was going to continue to fall is going to go pretty quickly in the next round because of today's NBA games.

... mysterious ...

On that note, now selling 6.1.  Send me your best offer and you could get the steal of the draft!  (I may have overdrafted two positions at the expense of another...)

thought about trading the pick, but I couldn't pass up Miles Plumlee at this point.  Just his second year and is the starting center for a team 9 games above .500 out west.  In just under 26 minutes he is going for 8.6 p, 8.2 r, and 1.3 b (per 36 that is around 12/11.5/2).
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

A reminder that if you don't think you can make your pick, sending a list is always an option. I'll make your pick for you, even if it's on my phone in class.

Remember when DeAndre Jordan was considered a poor man's Javale McGee?  How the mighty have fallen.

If anyone was curious, the guy I was thinking of was Bynum.

one game does not a valuable player make.

I saw Bynum as a gamble until the last round when people would have plenty of opportunity to grab a reliable backup center by then.
