You know who I think will be on the level of Lebron and Durant within the next couple of years, Anthony Davis.  He's not there yet, but I'm becoming a believer.
Agreed :D

There's a weird anti-DeRozan bias among a lot of the folks who participate in these games, and I disagree with it.  He's isn't as efficient as I'd like but kid can ball.
He doesn't shoot that badly, outside his 3PT% but the dude can score! Along with his all around game. Unfair criticism.

Knew Derozan had it in him. Got killed for picking him in the 3rd round last year in pick2.
PHX Suns: Russell Westbrook, Chris Bosh, Tristan Thompson, Trevor Ariza, Tony Allen, Trey Lyles, Corey Brewer, Larry Nance Jr., Trey Burke, Troy Daniels, Joffrey Lauvergne, Justin Holiday, Mike Muscala, 14.6

Kyle Lowry just got a triple double. DeRozan with 25 points and 7 rebounds. Josh Smith with 28 points and 11 rebounds, and to top it off Pau Gasol with 20 points and 11 rebounds. Nice night for my Raptors

You mean players can have good games, this is all shocking news to me.

I do like the JJ Redick pick.  Good shooter and has improved his defense a lot over the last couple of seasons (though still not what you would call a plus defender).
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

Gotta flaunt whatever I get  ;D

I like your PG rotation. also find it funny that you have one of the smallest point guards as well as one of the tallest. good young players.

I know MCW has tailed off a bit from his hot start, but I was a bit surprised he lasted this long.  There aren't a whole lot of PG's in NBA history that as a rookie average 16.7 points, 6.3 assists, 5.4 rebounds, and 2.0 steals.  His shooting leaves something to be desired, but as a rookie on a bad team that can be expected a bit.

I was happy to have him as I definitely needed some size in the back-court with Thomas and Gordon as the starters. Given his length, I think he can probably play with both Thomas and Gordon, which was definitely what I was looking for.  He also fits in well with my youth movement (you know except for Dirk).

I'm always a fan of any team that takes Anderson Varejao. Great role player.

Very surprised and happy to see Varejao still on the board. Tried to move up for him a couple of times actually. Starting center averaging 8 points/10 rebounds a block and a steal.

Playing against Zach Randolph, Omer Asik, and Anderson Varejao is going to be like getting into a bar fight with a European rugby team.

terrific player -- when he's healthy.

would have taken him over Vucevic except for Sideshow Bob's recent health issues

Anderson Varejao will be in a suit far too often to be worth a 4th round pick.  Just the reality of where he is at.

Extremely dangerous until you trick them into breaking out in song?

Before making your picks, always search the draft times post (command+f or what have you) to make sure he hasn't already been taken.
