Rondo overpowered Humphries like the B he is.  Bout time the C's showed some nastiness.
i say so too...that is the first time the c's did that since the lakers beat us out with their dirt...from kobe and metta pain in the butt...

What Rondo did was wrong, but Humphries put his hands on KG first and shouldn't have done that.
I will give him something that he stands up for his teammates and has their back, but he shouldn't have done that. Now his streak is over and the team may lose(unless they come together and win the next half).

How many games will Rondo be gone?  My prediction is 5 games based on past history.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

This is fun.  C's forced to play a playoff-type game tonight. I like it.

Big half coming for Paul and Terry -- and maybe Lee.  They become a TEAM tonight!

Big question now is how many games will Rondo be suspended. I got 3

Yeah it's going to cost us... I'm hoping he only gets 2.

He took a shot at KGs head while he was in the air.  That's a flagrant.

Rondo did the right thing.  You can't let guys punk your guys and get away with it.  We're losing by 20.  You need to make a statement that you're not going to roll over.

Amateurish.

Go follow womans basketball.  This is a mans sport.  You do not let your teammates take shots to the head while in the air go unpunished.

Rondo went up against a guy 8 inches and 100 pounds bigger than him and destroyed him.

People who are going to gripe about Rondo doing this are the same that praise Bird for going to war for his teammates and laying it all on the line.  You can't have it both ways.

Rondo has the same mentality as Bird.  I will take that any day.

This.

Rondo is a leader. People want to say he doesn't do the things that will help your team win games, we're going to win this game and it's going to be because of Rondo stepping up right there.

Don't be surprised if we look back at this moment in two months and pinpoint it as the moment everything for us started to turn around.
Offense sells tickets, Defense wins games, Rebounds win championships.

I know there were threads about this, but I'm thinking he's going to play the same way, streak or not.  He's always looking for the assist.

Me too...the streak is a who cares thing..every game is the real thing......and your team is the only thing...it is heart..and team isn't just a word....that is pickup hoop...rondo is team.....let hte league know you play them clean till you cannot do it anymore....then it is on...!

This is the right time of the year to do what Rondo did. I'm so glad that happened and him and KG showed the rest of the team not to take crap from anyone.

It's dumb because Humphries caused that whole thing, if he wasn't a girl and stood his ground or just pushed Rondo back nothing would have happened he pulled Rondo towards him and fell down
