Anybody remember Jaylen's first start last year? Also against the Cavs (5th game of the season though). Talk about baptism by fire for the young cornerstones.
Jaylen he put up 19 points, 5 rebounds, 3 steals, and was +15. in his first start, it would be great to see Tatum with an equally impressive start.

Just read that Chris Forsberg said that Brad hinted that the starters would be Irving, Brown, Hayward, Tatum and Horford.
Also, Morris is expected to be out around 10 days with a sore knee. No injury, just sore and they don't want to push it.

I was so focused on the Celtics, that I didn't even realize that Cleveland has three new starters. Two of which (Rose and Wade) are ball dominant guards that are used to being the man, and have definitely showed their age.

I know it’s been talked about before, but, even as I don’t like all the summer’s moves, I find it really impressive that the starting lineup essentially improved from being a 2nd round pick, on average, to a top 3 pick. Draft position isn’t all that matters, but there is a reason that some basketball projection systems include it as a variable.

2016 starting lineup average age: 28 years old
2017 starting lineup average age: 25 years old
I think youth is ultimately going to be what limits this team this year, but the combination of draft pedigree improvement and significantly younger in age helps demonstrate the team’s ceiling, and why most of us (myself included despite some misgivings) are so excited.
