What does the summer league really tell you anyway?  That Telfair can dominate borderline NBA players? That Brandon Wallace can look like Gerald Wallace against borderline NBA players? I like to watch the young guys, but it really isn't very helpful in evaluating players.

I love  Summer league and I'm sorry the Celtics are not participating.  And I think they should move it back to UMass Boston, where it belongs.

Vegas rocks.  Fantastic atmosphere.  And you can hang with the players at the casinos afterwards to just talk.  And the WSOP is typically going on at that time too, so you can see some big names in poker around town.

I love having family in Vegas.  Makes it so much easier to stay for 10 days.
