knicks would destroy us in the playoffs

I really don't think so. KG would make a huge difference.

I'm talking as we are constructed right now without KG.

In that case, any of the playoff teams would kill us

With no Kg, then yes.

Doc will try same strategy. It does not work!!! Has tried it for two games this week and nothing. But I guarantee you, he will try it in the 2nd half.


Why not try something different? Go real big. And keep it that way. What could it hurt? Pound them inside and on the boards. Play everyone straight up, no help.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.
