I hear ya, but I almost picked them ... if not for LeBaby I would have ... honestly, they've got a lot of good PAPOUG picks, and I won a few games with Heat players this year. My hatred overwhelmed my good sense, though. ;)

I wish you would have B. Circumstances can present themselves but for the most part this team is pretty static. Last game I got real lucky picking Birdman and he went off. Other than that I think LeBum was the only player over avg for them. Even if this series goes to 15 games I won't pick T'ray'tor Shuttlesworth. Beating Misha was going to be a tough task but now I can't even root for my players with MIA.

Good luck to the final four!  :)

Yeah, the times I won with Heat players this year was due to the injuries they had to the big shots and guys like Haslem, Chalmers, and Cole having to step up. I don't think I could ever use Ray, either, so I know where you're coming from. You never know, a fortuitous injury to LeBaby or D-Wade would serve nicely right about now. Sorry, Bud, I just couldn't bring myself to going with those scumbags ... not in the playoffs. ;)

We're on the same page. I should have beaten you or Misha in the Reg. season if I wanted to choose other than this team, no worries, all in fun.  :)

** For those who may be confused by how I list the results, this is how it's broken down: **

team abbreviation   -   player's name (picked for that game)   :   that player's 2012-2013 scoring average   /   that player's points total for that game   =   that day's net score above/below player's average   /   that day's net margin over/under competitor's net score   //   net gain/loss of all games played to that point (all net scores added together)   /   net margin over/under competitor's net gain/loss to that point (this is used as a tie-breaker)    (win/loss record to that point)

Example:

CHI  -  Michael Jordan :  30.5 / 42 =  +11.5 / +4.3  //  +2.7 / +6.3  (2/1)

Hope this helps!

** Please send me a PM if you notice any discrepancies or errors. Leaders are marked in red, ties are marked in purple - in case of a tie, the total points difference decides the winner. Missing your pick or a DNP will result in a zero score, or five points less than that of your opponent's, whichever is greater. **

My guy has his average at the half, and your is on pace to go over.  I need couple of 3's from Bonner and a Memphis win to see if I can make thing at all interesting here.

Can't believe I changed my pick from Pondexter, (you're right Misha, we never learn) ... just didn't think he'd have two big games in-a-row, (and Marc couldn't manage two more points in OT?!? Such is this fickle thing called PAPOUG).

Had a surge of excitement there when it went into OT, but it didn't last long ... it's like Memphis just had nothing left. TP for the nice win, Redz! My luck has definitely changed ... I think the Grizzlies' has, too. ;)

I had to survive several bricked bunnies by Gasol in OT.  But I'm alive!

I'm still gonna need a win by the Grizz to have a shot at this.
