No game til Tuesday (Aimee Mann anyone?)

I'd best start my rigorous film watching sessions.  ;D

Good luck Bahku...I'm just happy to have made it out of the 2nd round after losing in that round year after year.

I don't think the top 3 seeds have ever all advanced this far.  In fact, I'd be willing to bet all 3 never made it past the first round before.

Good luck to the Final 4
Yup

Yeah, if this is any sign, I wouldn't worry too much, Redz ... looks like my jinx is back in a big way.

Wow, Z-Bo's previous five games: 28pts, 23pts, 8pts, 15pts, 18pts ... todays: 2 points!!

Man, when my jinx is working, it's working in a big way.

Jeez. >:( :P >:(

** For those who may be confused by how I list the results, this is how it's broken down: **

team abbreviation   -   player's name (picked for that game)   :   that player's 2012-2013 scoring average   /   that player's points total for that game   =   that day's net score above/below player's average   /   that day's net margin over/under competitor's net score   //   net gain/loss of all games played to that point (all net scores added together)   /   net margin over/under competitor's net gain/loss to that point (this is used as a tie-breaker)    (win/loss record to that point)

Example:

CHI  -  Michael Jordan :  30.5 / 42 =  +11.5 / +4.3  //  +2.7 / +6.3  (2/1)

Hope this helps!

** Please send me a PM if you notice any discrepancies or errors. Leaders are marked in red, ties are marked in purple - in case of a tie, the total points difference decides the winner. Missing your pick or a DNP will result in a zero score, or five points less than that of your opponent's, whichever is greater. **

Just as a heads-up for future reference, I always put the game dates and times on the big board, so just double-check there if there's any question. I know from experience that it sucks to miss a pick, and it's also not much fun winning a game that way.

I looked right at it.  Read it.  Saw which team I had.  And then looked for the Knicks next game regardless.  Stupid brain.

We'll leave the fact that the Knicks weren't even listed there anywhere.  I went with the East schedule.  Oh well.
Yup

It was either last year or the year before that I missed my first pick, and I was the one reminding everybody else to get their picks in on time ... how foolish did I look then?!? Geez.

I wouldn't worry too much, cuz I've clearly lost whatever magic I was riding through the first two rounds. Plus, you know Z-Bo's gonna have a huge game in this series, which means those points will be taken away from whoever I pick for that game.

I mean, that was like Zach's worst game of the year, so my jinx has definitely returned with a vengeance. Still love this format, though ... your little idea has turned into something that's a heckuva lot of fun, IMO.

Seems fitting that you should win it all this year. :)
