I know it's the bubble, and they're trying to cram the playoffs into this short window, and everybody is making sacrifices, yada, yada, yada.  But on Monday they're really going to put Denver/Utah on first at 1:30pm EST?  That's 11:30am for those local fans.  That just seems like poor planning.

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

Saw someone post this on another board:

“ Toronto could beat Milwaukee, but I think Boston-Toronto will be a tough 7-game series and the Celtics have a slight edge.

If you can slow down Giannis and make him inefficient, you can beat the Bucks, and Toronto knows how to do that. But the Celtics have offense coming from everywhere. The way to beat Nurse’s zones and traps is to put five skilled scorers on the floor, and Boston can do that.”

I'd be very surprised if Philadelphia manages to take a game off of us, we should run them off the court with our current form.

Loving the optimism around here regarding Portland getting the series against the Lakers. Not sure I expect them to, but I really do hope so. Lillard being so on fire makes it hard to predict.

I would love to sweep Philly. It would probably result in one of Brett Brown, Simmons or Embiid going.

Indiana beat Miami 4-0
That's an interesting prediction to say the least. Could you elaborate on that?

That's easy Brown would be gone.  The question is if the Sixers win the series without Simmons but then lose in the 2nd round is that good enough for Brown to keep his job.  I tend to think the Sixers will need to make the ECF for him to do so.

I'm struggling to understand the optimism around Portland.  Lillard is one of my favorite players in the league but the team has very little substance beyond his scoring output.  A serious threat to the Lakers wouldn't have struggled to get by a depleted Nets squad in a must win game.

We're all hoping for the Lakers to struggle but LeBron and AD alone are enough to beat the Blazers.  As Brad Stevens would say, both of them impact winning at a high level.  The same can't be said for anyone on Portland.  Their defense is completely undisciplined and CJ Mcollum isn't a good enough 2nd scoring option to make up for it.  I can see Portland grabbing 1 game.  Anything beyond that means the Lakers are coasting.

I'd love to see CP3's OKC team knock out Harden's Rockets.
