Bates-Diop finally picked.  Still hoping that Ainge bought him from cash-strapped Minny.
Me too. But Minnesota got a steal if they keep him. He will be a regular rotation player for them
If Thibs ever plays him. His record with rookies isn't fantastic

Minnesota does not have much of a bench....

Yeah, but that doesn't mean much to Thibs. He had 3 guys play 35+ mpg last year, and 5 with 33+ mpg.
The next highest after the starting 5 was 20.7, for Jamal Crawford.

I agree that Bates-Diop should get solid minutes. But with Thibs I have no clue

I cannot believe Baites-Diop fell so far... He's a solid player, with great two way potential.

Thibs won't play him until all of his players averaging 40 minutes gets injured lol.

Coach Brown is really making the most of his time as interim GM.  Looks like he's traded all 4 Sixers 2nd rounders in addition to trading the #10 pick.

One more left.  Suns let me down.

And Shams spills #60.  No Tryggvi.

I would like us to get rid of Nader and sign Rawle Alkins and Trevon Duval to 2-way contracts or 2 year minimum deals with a partial guarantee in year 1, like $25-75k.

Agreed Alkins will probably be given a chance to try out again for the team on a team friendly contract or 10 day contract.

It looks like Ainge is leaning toward saving roster spots for free agent veterans

Too late, as the Knicks have signed both Alkins and Trier on two-way deals :'(. I think. Sigh.

I also completely disagree with Ainge's assertion that, "we don't need more young players, really." ::) We can't possibly upgrade from Yabusele, Nader, and Allen, among others? Give me a break ::).
