Who has the best chance to slow down, or impede, or disturb, or somewhat irk Giannis now or in the coming years?

1.  Bol Bol--with length not movement.
2.  Robert Williams
3.  Nassir Little
4.  Doumbouya
5.  Brandon Clarke
6.  Jackson Hayes/Gafford/Bassey
7.  Current non-Celtic NBA player (Anthony Davis?  Gobert?)
8.  Future NBA prospect

Will not be one individual guy who succeeds...but it would be nice to have some guys who can do a good job playing a role.

Vascular thrombosis?

(To be clear, I’m not wishing any bad health towards him or anyone.  I just don’t know how anyone is expected to stop this guy.  Eventually he will become a decent outside shooter too if he puts his mind to it.)

Unless some prospect is going under my radar, the only ones I can think of who would have a chance would be Kawhi and AD. They're the only combinations of size, athleticism and defensive know-how to deal with him.

But that could get them in foul trouble, and you don't want that

Probably the only thing likely to slow down Giannis in the next few years would be injuries, honestly.

I suppose a guy like Siakam or Durant might be able to do it.

I think the plan against a Giannis team is going to have to focus on disrupting his teammates and making Giannis exert as much energy as possible to score.  There's probably not going to be a lot of hope in terms of actually preventing him from scoring and/or getting to the line.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

Ainge should seriously reconsider his strategy for accumulating assets and if it’s worth it..
After 8 years of Lebron
Now possibly 5-6 years of giannis
In 2025 might be Zion until 2033....
What is the best way to overcome these hurdles?
In retrospect it might have been to go all in and trade the coveted picks on a couple 2 way star players...
Stevens might be a part of the problem as well.
We could have had Kawhi and AD.... if it wasn’t for the Kyrie trade 🤷🏻‍♂️

Jaylen Brown is as good an option as anyone.

If he can learn to stay out of foul trouble / get some love from the refs he'll be golden

The strategy remains the same as it always has been: draft an undersized point guard and a big who can't  rebound

He will once became one of the primary option on this team. Refs loves them barrelling wing stars like Lebron and Giannis. Once Jaylen improve his offense and become a star, ref's respect will follow.

Oh yeah, you can even notice it on our team. Horford is given a lot more liberty on defence than Baynes is

Maybe, Draft Bruno Fernando, give him playing time, build his confidence so he should be ready come playoff time.. or maybe if he is healthy  sign Andre Roberson...

I missed the trio of Smart, Bradley and Crowder.  The defense and the energy they give to the team.

The answer is nobody will. If you haven't noticed, the league won't allow him to be stopped. He's already allowed clear-outs that would make Jordan blush and more steps in the paint than a waltz.

He is the next big thing and the NBA will make sure to squeeze everything they can out of him.

For the next 10 years, we will need a team that is good enough to beat him an the refs. History is repeating itself, the only difference is we don't have 3 HOF's at the end of their prime to overcome the garbage.
Still don't believe in Joe.
