Another GSW - CLE uncompetitive finals. :(
Been that way for years.

Its only year 2 since Durant joined. They won't hold long for too long.

I never thought Cleveland was close, not even before Durant joined.
One year GSW lost was an anomaly in my eyes.

We will end it next year I am sure, but now its just same ol crappy finals.
I won't be awake for these games.

The young generation today might be seeing another replica of Lakers vs Celtics who fought each other several times back in the 60s.

Except this is Golden State vs Cleveland.

Going to be the worst finals since 2007.
the funny thing to me is that while everyone calls lebron the goat, not only does he lose a lot of finals, but gets spanked when he loses

he's already been CRUSHED in 3 or 4 finals

good lord

Cavs fans be like..

2015 = Kevin Love was injured. This final was invalid.
2016 = HAHA WE WON YOU BLEW A 3-1 SERIES LEAD. KYRIE'S YO DADDY CURRY
2017 = Anyone can win with 4 all-stars in their prime, stackers. This final was invalid.
2018 = No Love, Kyrie is gone, a bunch of castoffs from the grocery market, and Tyron Lue is pathetic. LeBron doesn't have the help necessary to face those 4 stacked stars. This final is invalid.

Today's NBA = whoever gets hot or cold decides who wins the game.

Houston just like Boston lose because of the 3.

The stubbornness from both sides to continue going to it was brutal. Rozier, Brown, Ariza, Gordon & Harden went a combined 7/56 from deep in their collective G7’s. That’s unbelievable.

Even if we make literally no moves and only have the #27 pick, I will still be more interested in the Draft

I realize there is about a 0.01% chance of the Cavs actually winning the series, but if they do, does James move past Jordan on most people's all time list and into #1 all time.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

For some, he never will. For others, he's already had a more impressive career.

I'm guessing that it will take 20+ years for any type of consensus on Lebron's career. In fact, there may never be some type of agreement. Lebron is the greatest and maybe most polarizing athlete of this generation.

For me, yes it would.

I saw some of the game last night, and couldn't believe how low Golden State will resort to winning. With four all star players on the floor, they still used the hack-a-Clint Capela routine in the fourth quarter. Total bush league move, especially for a defending champion and against a team that just lost their best clutch player in game 5.

I thought Houston completely ran out of fuel in the second half.  The Rockets played with a sustained adrenaline rush for the entire first half, while the Warriors exerted 75% effort.  I told my friend that they were in rough shape when the lead was only 11 at half.  The Warriors were going to win the 2nd half no matter what.  However, it would have been interesting to see how things played out if the ref's didn't botch 3 calls on Harden three pointers.  They missed out on 7 free throws that would have probably resulted in a game that came down to the final minutes.
