Great job by the Pels.

If we set aside accolades -- from a pure talent perspective -- is it egregious to wonder whether NOP has the best player in this series?

Possibly. I mean, Curry's not one-dimensional, but I don't consider him a great all-around player. Durant is certainly a great all-around player, and maybe a little better than Davis at dribbling, driving, and passing, but Davis certainly is dominant in his own way.

Regardless, great job by the Pels tonight!

No

Davis is probably the best player in the entire league not named LeBron.

I'm right there, too.  Back in February, he joined Bob McAdoo as the only other player to record 50 points, 15 rebounds and 5 blocks since blocks were tracked in 1973-74.

How do the Warriors always end up with at least double free throws in these games? What, is this Celtics/Heat or Celtics/Lakers or something? Ugh. ::)

I'm on board. He's the most dominant big man in a while. He's already more proficient scoring the ball than either KG, TD or Dirk were, with him scoring more per game in his last two seasons than either of those guys were able to in one season.

Absolutely frightening that he only turned 25 two months ago.

What the Rockets are currently doing to the Jazz is what I expect the Warriors to show on Sunday, unfortunately. Sigh. I really hope that I'm wrong, though :-\.

Why isn't that Boston/Philly game on ABC tomorrow night? Cavs series is done.

Gobert is really a liability in this series. Rockets are exposing his incapability of defending in perimeter, pnrs and switches.

Cuz nobody likes the Celtics and everybody else wants to see LeBron James on national TV via ABC.
